Organization of This Website
Teaching sections are organized so that the information can be tailored to the specific topic or class you are helping. Lesson materials and lesson activities are broadly broken into two levels, but you are encouraged to mix and match the information to suit your class.
Level One - The intended audience is the primary grades K through 4th. The information is basic. Activities and suggested experiments are aimed at introducing new information and scientific concepts to students.
Level Two - The intended audience is middle school through high school. The information is more detailed and the lesson activities may require critical thinking, data gathering and analysis, knowledge of current events, and role-playing.
